1. Agreement and services

By ordering, accessing, or using services, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Acceptable Use Policy. Specifications, locations, pricing, and included features may change when needed for operations, security, legal, or business reasons.

2. Billing and refunds

Services are billed in advance and normally renew automatically. Unless a product explicitly states otherwise, payments are non-refundable. Failure to pay may result in suspension, termination, or deletion. Chargebacks may cause immediate suspension or termination.

3. Customer responsibility

You are responsible for your account, credentials, API keys, content, software, server activity, and current backups. You must comply with law and third-party terms, and must promptly report suspected account compromise.

4. Suspension and data loss

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate service for policy violations, security and stability risks, payment issues, maintenance, abuse handling, or provider and law-enforcement requests. You are responsible for maintaining backups unless an included managed backup feature says otherwise.

5. Warranty and liability

Services are provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to an affected service will not exceed the amount paid for that service during the preceding three months.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
